Dr. Binila S Babu is accomplished clinician, eminent academician, and recognized leader with over nine years of experience in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics. She has authored numerous indexed publications in prestigious national and international specialty journals.
She has served as the Co-Editor of the Journal of the Indian Dental Association (IDA) Kochi, which won the State Award for Best Journal. A dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment, she is a member of the Institutional Women’s Cell and the former Chairperson of the Women Dental Council of IDA Kochi, where she spearheaded impactful programs to promote women’s professional growth and well-being.
Dr. Binila played a pivotal role as the coordinator in developing and managing the institutional website, implementing innovative updates to enhance accessibility and functionality for all members. She also serves as the Program Coordinator for the Institutional Mentoring Committee, guiding students through academic challenges and career development.
Currently, she is a reviewer for both a national specialty journal and a state-level journal, actively contributing to the advancement of dental research. Her areas of interest include esthetic dentistry and sports dentistry.
She is currently pursuing PhD under KUHS, further advancing her expertise and commitment to dental education and research.
