Objectives
- To ensure the overall smooth functioning of the hostel.
- To act as a connecting link between the management, hostel authorities, and the students.
- To aid in resolving any issues/concerns bothering the hostelites or to communicate the same to the concerned authorities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To supervise all hostel facilities/amenities and their regular upkeep,
- Timely redressal of grievances of students/hostel inmates.
- To facilitate decorum in the hostel by supervising the behavior of students, and monitoring their study schedules and other daily activities.
- To verify that the canteen services available to students/hostelites are good and hygienic.
- To plan and monitor the timely maintenance of all the infrastructure facilities concerned with the hostel as per the norms.
