The institutional mentorship committee is dedicated to providing mentorship to students. Our aim is to encourage, inspire, and guide students so that there is a positive and fulfilling relationship between the teachers and the students. The ultimate goal of this mentorship is to help both individuals become elevated versions of themselves.

To achieve the best quality mentoring, the committee maintains a ratio of 1:8  allowing the mentors to provide more personalised attention and care to each student, which can help students feel more supported and motivated in their academic pursuits.

During the mentorship sessions, the committee also identifies those students who might require expert counselling. These could be students facing personal or academic challenges that require specialised attention. The committee takes the necessary steps to ensure that such students receive the required support and counselling, always keeping their best interest as a priority.

By providing personalised attention, guidance, and counselling to students, the committee helps to foster positive relationships between students and teachers, and ultimately supports students in their academic and personal growth.
