Dr. Thomas C Kappen is an internationally known dentist with qualifications from three different continents (Asia, North America and Europe). He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Periodontics from India. After teaching in various universities in India he went to USA and completed Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) in Orthodontics from Saint Louis University, Missouri. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (FRSM), UK. He was working as Assistant Professor in Department of Periodontics from 02/01/2006 to 03/01/2010 and as Associate Professor from 04/01/2010 to 05/01/2013 in St. Gregorios Dental College. Presently he is working as Associate Professor at Al Azhar dental college, Thodupuzha. He has publications in various dental journals, and has made presentations and lectures at various conferences. He is a life member of the Indian Dental Association. He has participated in numerous courses and conferences at the national and international level.
Dr. Thomas C Kappen has received many awards and honors including the International College of Dentists award.
